This is a pretty wild novelty brocade, an Italian wool blend from the designer Tuleh. Much more striking in real life, it's a textured black and dark navy (PANTONE 19-3725) brocade with shiny areas and matte,wooly areas. The design changes about every 12", to form a 49" repeat with 4 distinct areas of pattern. What did the designer intend to make with it?? It's current, so a search of Tuleh online may spark some ideas! Medium-firm suiting weight, very sophisticated and high-fashion! Make a stand-out coat or jacket for a special occasion. Very unusual design. Dry cleaning recommended.
