From the designer Thakoon, this is an amazingly lovely soutage fabric, which consists of a sheer teeny floral in navy, lilac, rose, spearmint, pink, chartreuse and ivory. There are lacy strips applied to the surface to create textured areas (lace strips are 4.5" and .75" with 2" of fabric in between), and the overall effect is feminine and charming. Much more wonderful in real life! Sheer, light and drapey, just perfect for frilly blouse, skirt or dress. Test first if you wish to wash at home.
