From an unnamed NY designer, this is a beautiful Monet-style, watercolor-ish floral print in shades of blue and wisteria. Printed on a soft medium-weight cotton lycra woven which is perfect for casual coordinates. It has a bit of stretch in the width only. Substantial enough for a jacket, but light enough for skirt or dress, with a slightly crisp drape. Totally opaque. You can probably hand or machine wash cold, separately (but please test first), and lay flat or hang to dry.
