This beautiful viscose (there may be another natural fiber in there---cotton or linen or silk but I can't detect which one) fern print is a border print, and probably needs to be turned so that your garment runs from selvedge to selvedge. The fern leaves are more sparse towards one selvedge and they become more "crowded" towards the other. The fabric is a dress weight, with a micro twill weave, and it has lovely drape but a good amount of body as well, and a slight crispness. The colors are black, white, toasty brown (PANTONE 18-0940 is close) and sand (14-1127). Make a beautiful dress, tunic, skirt, etc. Dry clean of if you wish to hand wash at home, please test first.
