This is a fabulous cotton/lycra woven print from a NY designer, a bottom/dress weight with a smooth, almost sateen-ish surface texture and a lovely cottony drape. It's got just a bit of stretch in the width only, medium weight, not sheer. It features a beautiful "splattery" abstract design in wine, mocha, black and creamy white (PANTONE 18-3230, 17-1321, etc).
