I couldn't pass up this delightful ruffled tie dye cotton---the ruffles are set very close together in a curvy, haphazard fashion, creating a ruffly-textured surface and a playful, high-fashion look. The fabric used is a very high quality light weight cotton, and the colors are wonderful blues and purples. The photo does not do this fabric justice at all---it is far more whimsical and wonderful in real life. Hand wash cold, lay flat or hang to dry, test small area before ironing.
