This beauty from Italy is a wonderful all cotton lace with a lovely scallopy design and a fishnet-like stretch--very drapey and very versatile. This fabric is perfect for layering, for a lovely lace cardigan to wear over simple black separates or a dress, would be wonderful as a dress, skirt, top or tunic with a black (or other color) lining.
