From Emil Rutenberg, who gets the COOLEST fabrics, this is a beautiful, somewhat loosely woven tweed with a plaid-ish look, in a midnight blue, white and turquoise coloring (much prettier in real life, PANTONE 19-4025, 16-4535). The fabric is a medium suiting weight with a rustic look but a soft hand. It has a supple drape and light comes through the weave. This one is "au natural"... not backed, but I also have a few yards of the backed version. Make a beautiful unstructured jacket, suit, skirt, dress, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
