I am bringing back this this delightful applique ruffled cotton because it's so perfect for the ruffly dresses and skirts that are in style right now! The ruffles are set in a scalloped pattern, creating a very textured surface and a playful, high-fashion look. The fabric used is a very high quality light weight cotton and the color of this one is bright white. The photo does not do this fabric justice at all---it is far more textured and wonderful in real life. Hand wash cold, lay flat or hang to dry, test small area before washing or ironing.
