This is a lovely quality shirt/dress weight viscose blend with a "slatted" weave (almost like a burnout in that it has solid areas and sheer areas) from the sample room of an unnamed NY designer. The color is black and there's a floral design which is easier to see on the white version of this fabric. It has a cottony drape and a fresh and "clean" look. One of the fibers has some shine to it, giving the fabric a very subtle festive touch. Perfect for a great blouse, jacket, overshirt, or line for a tunic, dress or skirt.
