This one is a challenge to photograph and a challenge to describe! It's an Italian silk (sheer) and velvet burnout in a beautiful wine color (PANTONE 19-2315 is close) with highlights of gold "painted" on the velvet areas to define the design. Quite striking in real life! The burnout pattern goes across 42" of the width, then there's a plain silk sheer area, and along one selvedge is a 1" band of velvet that is just perfect for trim. Probably not for beginners! In your creative hands, this can be an amazing flowy jacket, tunic, skirt, etc. to dress up or down. Dry cleaning recommended.
