    This is a wonderful silk charmeuse from a NY designer, much more wonderful in real life! The coloring is a brilliant medium blue and a pearly white (PANTONE 18-3945 but much more vivid), and it has a dotty, stripey ombre design which shows on both sides, one side with a charmeuse-like sheen, the other side with a matte finish. The fabric is opaque with a luscious drape. Perfect for a blouse, dress, tunic, top, skirt, etc. Dry cleaning is best, or test first if you want to try handwashing.
