From a brand new Italian lot, this is a gorgeous quality viscose/lycra knit print that has moderate stretch in the width and just a bit in the length with great recovery. Lightweight and opaque, with beautiful drape and a soft hand. The print is fabulous--towards one selvedge is an animal montage, which becomes a stripey design towards the other selvedge. The coloring is a mix of various green tones with greenish-black and almond (PANTONE 15-0719, 16-0526, etc). This type of fabric makes for interesting tops, because you can place pattern pieces such that different parts of the print show in different areas of the garment, according to your artistic eye! Make a top, tee, tunic, dress, skirt, etc. Please test first if you wish to hand or machine wash at home.
