From a NY designer (can't say who), this is a stunning novelty lace, with strips of variously textured and ruffled cotton with nylon lace in between the strips. Pure white (photographed on a black background as it better shows the patterns), fun and very different, create an amazing top, skirt, overblouse, child's dress, etc. Machine or hand wash, gentle, cold, hang to dry.
