SPECIAL ORDER ONLY, NO DISCOUNTS. This sells for $82.95 in New York... It's a fantastic, chunky weight, virgin wool sweater knit fabric, that is so difficult to find! The colors are glorious tweedy purple, gray and cinnamon tones, and the knit stitch is like a thick rib knit on one side and a stitch that looks more like a woven on the other. On the rib knit side there is a lot more gray, and on the reverse, the colors are more intense. Either side can be used as the right side. It has a bit of sweatery "give" in the length and width, but it's quite stable and thick. Make a beautiful cardigan, indoor jacket, scarf, use for trim. Dry cleaning recommended. Very expensive so I can't stock it here, but I'm happy to special order it.
