From a famous designer whose name I can't say, made in Italy, this is referred to as a "plush wool", which seems like a boiled wool to me. Thick and cozy yet malleable, and the color is a robin's egg blue/green (16-4421 is close). Make a standout jacket or coat. Dry cleaning recommended.
