If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason,
you may return it--in new condition (not laundered or cut)-- for store credit or full refund, not including shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please call 215-542-1082 or e-mail for return authorization.

Methods of payment: For domestic orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, PAYPAL, money order or personal check (allow up to 2 weeks to clear). Scroll down for information on international orders.

Shipping: Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Worried about shipping costs? Since the shopping cart calculation is an inexact science, we check each order to make sure that the shipping charge is accurate. Most of time the charge is corrected downwards (never upwards!). FACT: The smaller the order, the more "off" the shipping charge calculation can be, so please don't panic if you see a high shipping charge for one yard of fabric! It will probably be several dollars less than quoted in the shopping cart.

All orders are subject to availability. Fabrics come and go quickly, and we try to update the website as often as we can.

We have a one yard minimum, but you can order in 1/8 yard increments after that.

Privacy policy: We will not share ANY of your personal information with ANYONE. It is strictly for use in processing your orders at EmmaOneSock.com and will never be sold, shared or distributed to any other party.

A note to international customers: When you place an order, please ignore the shipping charge calculation---it is often too high, and I will correct it when I receive the order. I use US Postal Service First Class International, Priority Mail Interational, and Express Mail International, depending upon the size and weight of the package and your preference. I will always get you the lowest possible rate for the type of service you want. If you are concerned about a shipping cost, please e-mail me for an estimate! International customers must pay by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal, and additional address verification information may be requested.
